| 08:00-10:00 | Morning Practice | 2 Hour Open Pit Lane Practice Weigh Bridge will be open ASAP *All Fuel to be handed in by 10am* |
| 10:00-11:00 | Fuel Bay Open Window | Be sure all teams have purged their tanks before filling up. Fuel bay will close at 11:00 Once fuelled, the kart cannot be removed from the pit/dummy grid area |
| 11:00-11:30 | Drivers Briefing | Drivers Briefing at Race Control, all drivers to attend |
| 12:30-12:00 | Qualifying | Classic 30 Minutes |
| 13:00 | Race Start | 4 Hours |
| 17:00 | Race End | |
| 17:00 | Scrutineering | To be called in by Kelvin Nicholls |
| 18:30 - (TBC) Onwards | Presentation | Presentation will be carried out in the Ryehouse Café area, all drivers to attend. Your team must be represented in the presentation by at least one member of your team. |
