Hi u need to connect a cabel from the brake pedal to the brake calaper arm just below or above the bolt that connects the bar to the pedal normally just run a section of old brake cabel around the inside of the pedal and in to the spear hole on the brake calaper arm and cabel clamp them together so if the bar breaks the cabel will still give u some way of stopping the kart ,,if still not shore have a look at all the other karts when u are at the track u will see how it works then all the best greg
hi brian//the best clutch setting for the pro karts is the standard setting that thay come out of the box like ///magnum clutches are very good/////little bit of brake cleaner sprayed in to the drum//and very little bit of bearing lube sprayed on to the inner roller //from the shaft side //u should have no trouble with then?make shore u fit the inner washer on the shaftside of the engine //or u will crush the roller bearings/and can cause it to sieze/also if u don’t no how old or how many hours the clutchs have done get a new pair ///always get a pair when changing clutches //if u mix then u will end up with one engine pulling better than the other hope this helps greg /////

hi adam I will be at the 1st round I will show u how to stop water getting into the engine /changing the plug spacing may work but to much m water getting in will still make it splutter like shit ///also wd40 is no good as it washes away it water u need duck oil spray //sprayed on the engine lead/plugs/switches before it rains it stops water pemertrating and stops any shorting out //?I thnk u have some duck oil in the bits I sold u //will come and have a chat at next round all the best greg
