5 Reasons to race with RHPK in 2017…

RHPK is a friendly and extremely competitive Owner Driver Pro Kart Endurance Racing Series. Since its first race back in 1997 the series has gone from strength to strength.

1 – Friendly

Not only are our pro kart teams petrol heads, they have cracking personalities! Teams help teams. Last year a team cracked their chassis an hour before race start in Practice, Greg from LG Racing leant his spare chassis to the team and helped (aided by others) to get it up and running for Race start!
Richard from UFO Engines is down every month – there have been a number of times where Richard has assisted with Honda GX160 engine problems.

On race day the paddock is buzzing with new and old prokart teams.

2 -Competitive

2014, 2015 & 2016 saw some of the closest races. Races all the way down the field, most of which lasted until the chequered flag.

We run two Classes, Super & Clubman.

3 – RHPK on Motors TV

We are proud to announce a Television Deal for 2017! Three rounds have
been confirmed to be televised, R1 – TVLenseMarch, R4 – June and R9 – November and will be broadcast on Motors TV.

Our Series Sponsors Burton Power and ITS Tools have pulled together to make this happen.

Andy from Sprocket Photography covers our season from a photographic perspective all year.

4 – First Timers!

Not only do we cater for some real seasoned pros in our Super Series, we are also welcoming to brand new teams with little or no exposure of Owner Driver Karting. We run two Championships all year, Super & Clubman. The Clubman series is designed for new teams as an entry into the sport without getting swamped by the season veterans.

5 – Your say

Any proposed changes to the series are put towards a vote, either on race day in drivers briefing and/or via our forums. Season suggestions are always welcome.

Many features of the series, such as St. Johns Ambulance attending each race has been requested by the drivers. We are always trying to improve our series which has been running from 1997.
